Please inspect your order before signing as accepted, if the box is damaged and/or open, DO NOT accept the shipment, take pictures and contact us immediately. Upon reception, contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once an item is delivered to you, risk of loss or damage passes to you.
